Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final once the files have been delivered.

We'll make it right if something goes wrong

Email hello@familiesbeyondthescreen.com within 14 days of your purchase if:

• your download link didn't arrive or doesn't work,
• a file won't open or is damaged, or
• you were charged twice by mistake.

We'll send a working copy or refund the duplicate charge.

Bought the $19.99 workbook and want the Complete Family Toolkit? Email us within 14 days and we'll help you upgrade for the difference.
