Families Beyond the Screen ("we") sells digital family resources at familiesbeyondthescreen.com. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you sign up for the free agreement or buy a product, you give us your name and email address. Our email and checkout provider, Kit, stores this information and sends your downloads.

When you pay, your card is processed by Stripe through Kit. We never see or store your full card number.

When you visit the site, we use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, how they found us, and which pages and buttons they use. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device type, browser, approximate location, and pages viewed. It does not tell us who you are.

How we use it

To deliver what you bought or requested, send emails you opted into, answer your questions, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@familiesbeyondthescreen.com.

Children

Our resources are written for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
